ODE Collective shipping charges are exclusive of VAT and calculated during checkout; these may vary based on current courier partner rates or special offers.
We prioritize providing a seamless shipping experience for our valued customers. Once your online purchase is complete, our shipping teams will dispatch your order within 24 hours and will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days*. With the ‘Express Shipping’ paid service, the order is processed on top priority and delivered within 4 hours from time of purchase.*

Online orders once paid, cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of purchase.
We do not accept Returns & Refunds to preserve the hygiene of every piece of jewellery.
Note - Any claim for damaged goods can only be accepted within 2 hours of delivery.
In the unfortunate case where a damaged item has been delivered, as we utilize a third-party delivery service, the refund amount will have shipping costs deducted from it. All types of delivery shipping costs are non-refundable(Express, Next Day Standard & Standard)
Free Shipping
For customers in the UAE (excluding remote areas), we are pleased to offer complimentary Priority Shipping for orders above AED 5000. Dubai locations will follow Express shipping protocol and other Emirates will enjoy a 24 - 48 hr delivery timeline).

All orders require a signature upon delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order package upon delivery for any signs of damage or tampering that may have been caused due to transit.
