Please contact us on support@odecollective.com with the bulk order request and we will try our best to see if we can make it happen. However keep in mind, production & shipping for bulk orders can take up to two to three months. If you are looking to get it quicker, this will unfortunately not be possible.
- We keep the parcel gift-ready for you, deliver to your address, and you pass it on by hand to the recipient later on, or
- On the check out page, the address you provide is of the recipient and you require us to hand it over to them directly at their address
We recommend option 1 from the above to avoid any inconveniences with drop off acceptance, availability at that address, timings etc.
Below are the steps to select our Gift Service feature:
- Complete your jewellery selection
- Go to Cart page
- Click on "This is a Gift" button
- Enter the message you'd like us to handwrite on the message tag
- Complete the Check Out & Payment
NOTE - in orders where "This is a Gift" button has been selected, the physical invoice WILL NOT be included into the carry bag.
Please note that return & exchange will not be possible once the 2-hour window has passed upon delivery. So if you will be handing over the gift by hand directly, you may inspect the package if you wish.
If you have selected the gifting service option at check out, your order will be completed with an additional finishing touch as follows:
- Velvet or Chiffon ribbons
- Custom tissue paper stuffing in carry bag
- Premium Message Tag to hang on the outer bag with your customized handwritten message

- Validity and Terms: Promo codes have specific terms and conditions, make sure you're using the code before it expires, and check if your purchase meets the criteria stated in the terms.
- Exclusivity: Some codes may be limited to a specific items only and limited to single use only. If you've already used the code, it won't work again.
- Exclusions Apply: Keep in mind that certain items, like semi-precious jewellery and new arrivals, may not be eligible for the discount. Make sure your chosen items qualify for the offer.
- Combining Offers: Promo codes usually cannot be used with other offers, sales, or promotions. Check if you're trying to use the code alongside another deal.
- You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp (please ensure that the mobile number provided for the order has that app downloaded) that will help you track the order
- These are the stages you will be notified at on your WhatsApp:
- Order is out for delivery
- Order delivered successfully
- Delivery Failed
- Return order has been placed
- Return order is out for collection
- Return order collection failed
This priority delivery service aims to bring you your order within 4 hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive it during that time. Only one attempt will be made to deliver on that day; if that is missed, the shipping partner will return the order to our warehouse. We will have to reprocess the order and recharge you for delivery. Refunds & Exchanges due to missed deliveries will not be accepted.
For Standard Shipping:
Don't worry. The order will likely get reshipped to you automatically by our third-party delivery partner. Kindly ensure someone is at the location to receive the delivery and open the door. After the two failed attempts, the shipping partner will contact you to reschedule and confirm a third attempt. A total of 3 attempts will be made to deliver to your address. After which, they will return the order to our warehouse and a new delivery will have to be recharged. Refunds & Exchanges due to missed deliveries will not be accepted.

Avoid daily wear of the same pieces to reduce wear on plating

Apply Products First, Then Jewellery
Let perfumes, lotions, and sprays dry completely before wearing

Store in a Dry, Airtight Container
Use zip-lock bags, anti-tarnish pouches, or containers with silica gel. Store pieces separately

Handle with care
Avoid dropping or knocking (stones or chains can fall easily). Put jewellery on last and take it off first (helps avoid accidental damage while dressing)

Avoid storing in open trays or windowsills. Air and UV light cause fading.

Perfumes, cleaners, bleach, acetone, or vinegar can strip and tarnish finishes.

Over-cleaning damages delicate plating, especially in mixed metal designs.

Don't Wear During Exercise or Manual Work
Sweat, salt, and abrasion dull shine and weaken plating.

Don't Store with Fine Jewellery
Harder metals and stones can scratch or discolor costume jewellery.
