Returns & Refunds
When you make a purchase from The Ode Collective, you are buying pieces that are handcrafted by skilled artisans; this makes each product one-of-a-kind and may cause it to slightly differ from another. The pearls, beads and stones used in our products will also exhibit its natural distinctive differences. This is the beauty of working with natural materials; their unique characteristics should not be misunderstood to be product defects or damages.
We maintain the highest levels of quality control processes where every item undergoes strict check before dispatch.
Hence as such, all sales are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We can only accommodate replacements / repairs if you have unfortunately received a damaged product or have been shipped an incorrect product. If your order meets this condition and is reported within 2 hours from the time of delivery, your request will be subject to review on a case-to-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your order items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with sealed tags, and in its original packaging. Please also present the order invoice as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you via email to confirm the time & date our shipping partner will complete the pick up.
Claiming Damages
Given the fragile nature of the jewellery, please inspect your order UPON delivery either yourself or by whomever received the parcel. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Damages claimed more than two hours after delivery DO NOT qualify for any returns or exchanges.
Exchanges or Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- After accepted delivery to customer (damages due to storage, handling or usage)
- If the delivery address provided was incorrect or outdated
- Size / Fit. We advise customers to carefully review our size guides before making a purchase
- Color change. Please note that fashion jewellery can tarnish or fade when in contact with substances like perfumes, lotions, oils, chlorine, salt water, alcohol, chemicals and other abrasive liquids. Please wear with care.
- For minor variations in shape, colour and design. Please note that all of our products are handmade and are made using natural elements like stones. It is natural for these materials to hold unique characteristics and hence, two pieces of the same jewellery may exhibit variations from the photographs displayed on our website due to these properties.
- The stems of earrings are intentionally crafted from a softer material to prevent them from snapping during packing and storage. If the stems happen to be slightly bent, it should not be considered a sign of any fault or damage. This is because they are designed with flexibility in mind, it is easy to straighten the stem during usage. It is recommended to wear our heavy earrings with earring back supports to lighten the load on your ear piercings.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will confirm via email if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please note it is customary for your bank or credit card company to take 2-3 weeks to process and post the refund too. Please follow up with your bank to confirm receipt after we’ve completed our return formalities.
If a refund doesn’t reflect in your account more than 21 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@odecollective.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
